¿Cómo se dice "Was camping fun?" en español? I think it is "¿Fue acampar divertido?" but it is for an oral report so I would like to be sure.

It does not sound natural. You could try "¿Fue divertida la acampada?" or "¿Te lo pasaste bien en la acampada?" (if asking one person)

Yo diría "¿Te divertiste acampando?''... it sounds way more naturally...
