I'm stumped on "ni se diga" Can anyone help me with it? I just don't get what it says even though I understand each individual word.

More context would help, but it looks like a crippled way of saying "ni que se diga". If that's the case, it would mean something like "Nor to be said .." or "neither to be said.. ", depending on the context.

(Prefaced with nor) Nor let it be said / Nor may it be said ... (Using not) And let it not be said / And may it not be said / And that it would not be said - webdunce, Oct 17, 2010
Nowadays, it's more likely to be heard: "And things like that shouldn't be said." - webdunce, Oct 17, 2010

I could definitely be wrong, but I think it could mean a few different things (depending on context)...

Imperative (for usted): And, also, please don't talk to yourself, Sir/Ma'am!

3rd person singular subjunctive: Nor would he/she talk to himself/herself.

Impersonal (or passive?) SE subjunctive: Nor would / may it be said.

I could be wrong about any of the above...and there could possibly be other meanings. It would be helpful to see maybe a sentence or two before and after this. This by itself is rather vague. In general, Spanish seems more context dependent...especially when you see LE or SE in a sentence as those two words can mean so many different things.
