Tabor can be a tambourine.
Real usually means royal.
As a musician, you may have seen a Royal Tambourine.
But tabor can also mean pandero which has many meanings ... some we will skip and go to silly person, speaking randomly. That would give us an insult fit for a king.

nevermind, figured out it was spelled wrong, it was supposed to be pavoreal which is a peacock. =)
