Not quite. Listo is not a verb, so it is not conjugated. It does need to match what it describes, though. It should be ¿Listos? Or, if there are only women in the group you're describing, ¿Listas?

Listo is an adjective you can't conjugate like a verb you would say: Estamos listos or you could say estamos preparados.
