Welcome to the forum. Pedazo means a piece, pedacito means a little piece. Pedacito de alma = little piece of my soul, my dear, my love. I would guess that Te amo pedacito is about like I love you, dear.

In that context, I don't know. However, handy-dandy Google translate said "pedazo" means "piece" and "pedazito" is "little piece". HTH
