Usually when you say what did i do? more than a question is an exclamation way to express the amazement of the result of what you have done, so the same it is in spanish you can say que hice? or que he hecho?

Your phrase can be interpreted a couple of ways in Spanish. Assuming whatever it was only happened once, and you're emphasizing the fact that you want to know what you did, compared to someone else, I'd say something like:

What did I do? = ¿Qué hice yo?
