what is the difference between manana and manana?

My Spanish 2 teacher said that there was a difference between manana that means morning and manana that means tomorrow. What is it?

mañana-noun

la mañana=morning

el mañana=tomorrow, future

en la mañana=in the morning

mañana por la mañana=tomorrow morning

Son las tres de la mañana = 3:00 a.m.

And be sure you clarify which one the person means, especially if time is of the essence to you. Because not only does mañana mean tomorrow, it can also mean some indeterminate time in the future. For example, if the plumber promises you that he will come "mañana", it could be anywhere from tomorrow to two months from now...

as s/he said, one means tomorrow (hasta mañana) and the other means morning (esta mañana). And it´s witten mañana, try using alt+164 for the ñ.

I had never thought of morning and tomorrow meanings of mañana, I just used the word that way. Also el mañana I think means the future. Example, En el mañana voy a ser feliz.
