Unfamiliar word in audio sample

Que le dices a tu hefe cuando te
ordenas sacudir los muebles de la
oficina?

In the above audio, at the 40 second mark, this question is asked. I'm not familiar with the word 'hefe' or 'efe.' Any ideas as to what it is?

Should be written 'jefe' and it means your 'boss'.
