How do I conjugate leer in the future form?
Other verbs I have searched had the conjugation charts on the page, but leer doesn't and it seems like it would be an irregular conjugation in the future; does it or is it regular?

Welcome to the forum. There is a conjugation tool under the More tab. Here is the link: leer. It's regular in the future tense.
The dictionary will still conjugate for you, but ever since they added the video pronunciation for some of the words you have to click on the "Spanish to English" link to get there.
