What does 'has' mean such as in ¿has dormido bien?

Welcome to the forum. It's from the verb haber. Haber + past participle = one of the perfect tenses. In this case, has is the 2nd person singular present tense, so it's present perfect.
¿Has dormido bién? = Have you slept well? or Did you sleep well?

It is the present perfect structure for example:
Have you slept (well)
Your example is for the imformal tú
Try putting it into the translator above.
Srictly speaking "Did you sleep well?" = "¿Dormiste bien?
