Again I know how I would say it. Just curious about different versions.

Lo más usual es decir :"quédate con el cambio "(si tratas al camarero de tú) o "quédese con el cambio"(si le tratas de usted).Ningun español diria:"guarde el cambio". "Asi no mas" o"Asi no mas esta' bien." son expresiones que no he oido jamás en castellano.

I would give the money, then gesture with my hand, palm toward the money (as if to refuse it) and simply say, "Asi no mas" or "Asi no mas esta' bien." If they didn't understand (which would surprise me), I'd say "Quedese con el cambio" (accent on the first e in Quedese).
