Can you please help me with a spanish conversation?

Question

i need to make a conversation between two people about this topic: You are in Madrid, the capital of Spain, to study Spaniard for six months. You need a flat to live and speak with a real estate agent. Ask questions on the different rooms of the flat, the furniture that has, the price of the rent, the stores that there is in the neighborhood, etc. You explain him why the flat that offers you do not you like and describe him how is the flat that want.

Estás en Madrid, la capital de España, para estudiar español por seis meses. Necesitas un piso para vivir y hablas con un agente inmobiliario. Hazle preguntas sobre las diferentes habitaciones del piso, los muebles que tiene, el precio del alquiler, las tiendas que hay en el barrio, etc. Explícale por qué el piso que te ofrece no te gusta y descríbele cómo es el piso que quieres.
