articles for nouns in lessons
I'm noticing that in the lessons posted on this site, the teacher is not using articles. Is this correct? Ex: "Como fresa." "Hablo ingles."

Just like in English, sometimes you use an article, and other times you don't. Take your example, "Hablo ingles." I speak English. You would not use an artice here, as you woundn't say, "I speak the English." Now, you'd use the article if you said, "I speak the English language."
Spanish rules on the use of articles aren't exactly the same as those in English, but you'll catch on as you go along.
The teacher is correct.
Hablo inglés is correct, but the come fresa question came up yesterday. I believe the consensus was that it sounds weird without an article of some sort, either la or una.
Articles like el/los la/las are used in Spanish when: -saying the titles of people ex.El Señor -articles are used before verbs used as subjects Ex. Me gusta la sopa. -used by nouns joined by using -and ex. el cuaderno y el boligrafo -used to say diffrences in words such as el radio-radio (equipment) and la radio( like the channels on the radio)Ex. I listen to the radio.
Good example,
Hablo Ingles.
You don't always need to use articles. I'm not sure why but I know that you don't need to.
