It's more common to simply say "Un café." If you want to be more descriptive, you can say as gabacholoco said."Un café rico," or "sabroso," etc.

It is not muy buen, because it is feminine; you use the word 'la' not 'una' because 'la' means 'the' and una means 'a'. Está is used because it is describing the state of the coffee.
