What does "Enratado" mean? It's not in any dictionary.

It's used in the phrase "Gato enratado no quiere pescado". I see this phrase everywhere but no translation is avalible. Help!

I looked in the RAE and "enratado" is not in there.
However, I love Echoline's interpretation!
