I'm not sure if one can give a literal translation of the phrase "Live and let live," and have it make sense in Spanish. How about "Vive y deja vivir?"

Yes, "vive y deja vivir" is a common saying in Spanish, and has the same meaning. - bill1111, Oct 10, 2010
