Bienvenido al foro. Soy de los Estados Unidos, también, y empecé a estudiar español en 1972. Empecé otra vez en Mayo de este año. En total, probablemente 6 o 7 años.

Welcome to the forum. I'm from the U.S., too, and I began to study Spanish in 1972. I started again in May of this year. Altogether, maybe 6 or 7 years.

mmm son muy exigentes aqui si solo se trata de aprender otro idioma...no de ganar un premio nobel de literatura ...

ppl is very exigente here... its only about learning other language ...its not about wining a nobel prize in literature in other language ..why so strict..?

The problem is "ill" is a a word in English. It means the same as "sick". And many people would not know that you intended to say "again" when you said "againg". It sounds Scottish accent for "against". I'm not trying to be picky. It makes a difference. - KevinB, Oct 9, 2010
