Bebo el jugo de naranja. I drink orange juice. How would you change this to I am drinking orange juice?

How about Aprendo Español - if I wanted to say I am learning Español?

I guess what I am asking is do Spanish verbs change tenses as in past, present, and future tense?

Is this google translation correct? Estoy aprendiendo español. estoy {I am} learning Spanish. And this translation? estoy bebiendo jugo de naranja.

What are to rules for changing the tenses of verbs in Spanish, and do the various conjugations of the verb change?
