In Spanish you would say:

Tengo catorce años.

Literally, "I have 14 years".

Tengo is a conjugation of the verb tener.

Use the dictionary (located in the middle at the top of this page) to look up the words- under "tener" you will find the full conjugation of that verb.

Another less commonly used expression:

Cumplir catorce años.

Acabado de cumplir catorce años.

I have just turned 14 years old.
