When you showed me this I simply couldn't believe that this is the president of Bolivia playing fútbol. Not only that, he's a dirty player!

Afterwards Morales claimed "not to see the the incident" and they later tried to arrest the victim. This is the first time ive seen Evo Morales do something on his own. Usually he is just Chavez's lap dog.
