When trying to get cash out of the cash machine with my card, it asks me to put in my ´tarjeta monedaral´when my card is already in, what does it mean?

Could "tarjeta (de) moneda real" ever be used for a debit or cash card to serve as contrast to a "tarjeta de crédito".
