Just googling around. Does Nha To Duc Ba-Marie mean Notre Dame Cathedral? More specifically, does Duc Ba mean cathedral/basilica?

How it is written depends somewhat on the official name of the church. Spanish uses de..... to show possession so if part of the official name of the church was the town that it was located in, then the name might include iglesia de San Mateo (e.g.) or the name might include iglesia de Dios, iglesia de Cristo, iglesia del nazareno, etc

To tell you how to use iglesia in the title we need to know the official title of the church..

Nha To Duc Ba, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
