Which is correct when asking a question using verbs like gustar: A Molly qué le gusta hacer? o Qué le gusta hacer Molly? I'm asking, what does molly like to do?

A Molly qué le gusta hacer? is correct. (doing what is the subject)
Qué le gusta hacer Molly? "Doing what Molly" would be the subject. She/he likes doing what Molly. (obviously incorrect)
The indirect object le, a XXXX (clarification tag) tells us whom the subject (hacer qué) is pleasing to.
Doing what is pleasing to (le, a Molly).
