If you want to know if the sentence is right in Spanish, the answer is no.
You can say: ¿Te acuerdas de mí?
or ¿Me recuerdas?

But if you are asking if some members remembers you, you than then I don't think I got had the honor to know you before. are Are you an old member from the old SD ?
