Well, babies wear Nappies , as do some old folks I know, I can only surmise that a "dirty napper" is someone who is fullfiling the requirements into which one entered into the agreement by wearing the aforesaid garment . If one did not dirty the "Nappie then the thing would be surplus to requirements . There are of course "dissposable nappies" , one could I suppose , whilst emptying the grotty full one have an accident and spill the contents over oneself , thereby being " a dirty napper emptier" I hope I may have elucidated this subject , albeit maybe even disgusted you.

Your friend soon to be wearing one , Nappysan.

Welcome to the forum.

Is the term "napper" a common English term? I am only familiar with it in terms of a person who takes frequent naps, or a person who is not aware of his surroundings. Is this what you mean, or is it a slang term? Maybe you can edit your post to clarify your question. Or maybe someone knows exactly what you mean and will give you an answer!

Thanks.
