Enfréntemoslo
Let's face it. Enfréntemoslo: El trabajo en equipo no es nuestro fuerte. Working on a team isn't our strong point. They seem to omit the "punta" for point here. Can fuerte be used as "strong point" on it's own? Everything else OK? Gracias.

... no es nuestro fuerte sounds perfect in that context

According to the dictionary here, fuerte by itself can be the noun "strong point". I probably would have said "teamwork" instead of "working on a team", but it's the same idea.
