Welcome to SpanishDict!

I think it would be ¡feliz sesenta y ocho cumpleaños!

In Spain isn't usual to mention the number of years in that kind of celebration. - cogumela, Oct 2, 2010

Hello Lamp, welcome to the Forum. Sometimes things don't translate to sound quite the same as they do in the original language. There are perfectly good ways to say something nice in Spanish. Why not just say 'Quiero desearte un feliz cumpleaños' and forget about the 68. Or just say "quiero desearte muchas felicidades por tu cumpleaños! Ahora ya eres algo mayor!' Which means you are getting a little older now!

There are various ways. Just type into the translator what you want to say.

But if you want to be a little inventive, you could say "Bienvenido al vejez."

¡Saludos!
