Spelling Mistake

Question

I don´t know about you but I found this clip so funny. It just goes to show that some mistakes are not easily seen. Bearing in mind this billboard was proof read by four people.

I saw the Advertisement and fail to see why you are making a pubic nuisance of

yourselves. The Greeks had their pubic wars , and in England they have had Pubic

baths for those who did not have their own baths I myself have run for pubic office on

three occassions , but have been beaten by a more pubic spirited official who was a great pubic speaker.

I make signs for commercial use for one of my jobs. It is relatively easy to make some mistakes while making the signs, but that one should have been caught. I have made mistakes in phone numbers (transposing numbers) and names where they could be any spelling. I always,always & always check and recheck everything to avoid problems. All mistakes cost money and that one is a big one. $$$$
