What Jack said. Your address doesn't change, and you don't translate street names in general.
Purely as a cultural note, addresses aren't the same everywhere. Back in the old days some places in South America didn't name the streets, they named the corners, so your address would be, "Between the corners something and something." When I was living in Caracas in the 1970's no one had street numbers. Houses were named. Our house was Quinta Guamache. You gave your house name, street name, and urbanization name (like a neighborhood name). My address was Quinta Guamache, Avenida Libertador, Urbanización La Floresta. There was no rhyme or reason to the house names. You had to drive up and down the street trying to read the signs on the fronts of the houses. As teenagers we were often trying to find parties at friend's houses, so we'd drive up and down the block listening for loud music. We would sometimes go to the wrong party, but it was the '70's. No one cared.
Your address is not going to change. You would still be at 2250 Greenville.
