how do you say no more please in spanish?
Did they not teach, at least, the rudiments of punctuation where/when you went to school.? At least two interpretations occur to me: "No. More, please!" and "No more, please. (And, of course, whichever, embedded in How do you say "x" in Spanish?" Punctuation is not something dreamed up by English teachers simply to provide a way to grade/test students, it serves to make clear meanings which might, otherwise, be confused.
In response to "Do you want me to stop?", (something pleasurable), the 1st is a possible response. The second depends on the context/situation. If someone is tearing out your fingernails, You might say "¡Basta, ya!" (among other things, this has the virtue of being short and can be said with the teeth clenched [which can matter when one is in pain]). On the other hand,, if you're being offered a third helping of paella and feeling full, something more polite would be called for. e.g. "Gracias, aunque es deliciosa, ya no puedo más."
There are several options depending on the circumstances...
- Nada más
- no más
- bastante
- suficiente
- ya basta (literally: stop it, already)
You would NOT usually say "please" with the last three options. You are probably wanting option 1 or 2.
Have you tried looking up the words "no" (in Spanish, "no"), "more" and "please" in a "dictionary" and putting them all together? I'm asking because this approach would have worked and nowadays looking up words in a dictionary is just a matter of using the left button of the mouse to click here and there. Maybe you should try the obvious before you ask for help.
No more, please
No más, por favor
no más, por favor
I like Lazarus's advice. As the saying goes:
"People help them that help themselves"
