How do i get the audio to play

Is your audio working elsewhere? It may be your computer settings. Are we talking about the video lessons?
Go to the dictionary,the translator, the flashcards or anywhere where you can find an audio icon and see if you can hear the word being pronounced. If not, it is probably your sound settings.
If you can hear everywhere, but with the video, then it may be that the video lesson did not load its audio files correctly. Try another lesson or try loading the same one again.
