Question

Hola, I just tried to watch Espanol Lesson 1.7 and it does not work.

Gracia todos! After reading some of the replies, I checked and there was an adobe update. I updated my flashplayer and everything is working fine. I am new here and don't know what I am doing most of the time. - NayNay2doo, Sep 28, 2010

Do you mean you couldn't get it to start or that there was a fault somwehere in the middle of the video?

Do other SpanishDict video lessons work on your computer?

I have just been listening to it and there wasn't a problem with it starting up However the screen starts dark and a messge tells you that advertisements are in progress and that your lesson will resume shortly so you need to be patient.

If your lesson 1:7 has not begun after two minutes you may have a problem with your computer unless the other lessons are working properly in which case please post a note here and let the admin staff know.. and someone will advise you what to do.

However, since my lesson 1:7 works and I suspect that most other people will report their lesson 1:7 is functioning correctly you may simply not be waiting long enough for it to start up. The other alternative is that your 'flash'player may be playing up /not working properly.

Please re-post again if you keep getting problems even after waiting for the lesson to start and someone will be happy to advise you

Hi , I've checked the both versions and the two of them are working very well , just wait for a minute or two for the ads and it will work and If it didn't than the problem is probably with your internet connection

I just tried it, and it worked. It begins with a 15-second ad. Did you see the ad? Do you use any ad-blocking software that may prevent the sequence from progressing? Just some thoughts from my prior experiences on the web.

I used to have this problem all the time , and it only stopped after I got rid of a 12 year old computer and an internet server that gave me only 70 MB per month. you may find that either one or both of these is the problem, but do not give up you will find it is well worth persevering with . And you do meet the nicest type of person.

Anyone having trouble with the media page. I cannot play any videos there. It says that they have been taken down. I've been wanting to watch a lot of videos to help me out. any ideas?
