Welcome to the forum. I think the last time I took a train I was trying to remember my Japanese, or maybe German. The only one I ever took in Latin America was the one from Panama City to Colón in Panama, and we had to stop for dinosaurs on the track back then.
I'd guess ventanilla or taquilla.
