What she wrote me (Making sure I'm not missing subtext) Help wanted!

So I got an e-mail from a girl who I knew kind of off-hand. I was actually the one that wrote her in the first place because when I was visiting where she lived my Spanish wasn't good enough to talk to her. So I dropped her a line and she wrote me back a nice letter. The line at the end is kind of crucial and I want to get your opinions on whether I'm losing any subtext here:

Bueno Zac, ha sido un gusto poder comunicarme con ud! Nos estamos hablando entonces. Que esté muy bien!

I know what it says, I'm not sure I know what she means... you get my point?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for that feedback, "It has been a pleasure speaking with you" seems to draw a pretty sharp end to any kind of conversation-the truth is she is very shy, haha.

but she follows it with a phrase that I would take to mean that she wants to continue being in contact with you...and I agree w/Julian, polite, formal and nothing negative at all - alba3, Sep 27, 2010
You also need to take into account her culture - 005faa61, Sep 27, 2010

She is being very polite and formal. If you're wondering if this friendship could lead to something more serious, you'll just have to stay in contact with her to find out. She hasn't said anything negative.
