how would i say i study spanish part time but also work full time as a IT person
would it be
estudio i español a tiempo parcial, sino también trabajo tiempo completo soy informatico?

To use sino the phrase before it must be negative and the phrase following it must contradict the first phrase....use pero.
.... a/de tiempo parcial= a/de medio tiempo=part time
... a/de tiempo completo=full time
Estudio español a medio tiempo, pero también trabajo de tiempo completo como informático.
Estudio Español parte del tiempo pero también trabajo de informático en una compañia.
A Full-time: profesional en plena dedicacion....trabajador que trabaja una jornada completa.... trabajar regimen de dedicacion exclusiva.
Full-time course is " curso de dedicacion completa" Part-time course is" curso de dedicacion parcial" o parte de tiempo
media jornada - half time job
jornada completa - full time job
tanbien se puede desir trabajo media jornada que representa la mitad del tiempo completo

Leaving aside the lack of punctuation, is this a translation exercise or do you simply want to convey some information about yourself? In my experience, people describing themselves tend to do so from the point of view of their primary activity and mention secondary activities afterward (if at all). "I go skin-diving a few times in the summer, ride horseback most weekends and work as a programmer (full-time)." strikes me as a very odd self-description. Most people would say "I'm a programmer but on weekends I like to go horseback riding and, in the summer, skin-diving (weather permitting)." or some such.
"Trabajo en IT pero, como pasatiempo (o "cuando puedo"), estudio Español." sounds much more natural to me.
