hay, ser, or estar
what is the difference?

If we answer your question, next time you come across a sentence like this, you'll have the same problem. Do a bit of research. Your question has come up hundreds of times in this forum, and there are lots of articles explaining the differences between those words.
But I'll give you a clue: estar can be used for physical location; hay is used to talk about existence, not location; ser with location is only used for happenings, not locations. Care to try now?
