Have you managed to get it?
Since I believe manage and get use the same word here, I wonder how this works. I have been told never to use, for example ...... two of the words that end in "mente" together like this..... ..Mi español ha mejorado considerablemente últimamente as it's a no no. (where do you we come up with stuff like no no, wonder how you say that in Spanish) but I wonder about managed and get.
Has conseguido conseguirlo, (or lograrlo) or would you something else entirely? I think the concept of managed in Spanish is really cool. Consigo escaparme. Gracias y nos vemos mañana chavales.

¿Has conseguido conseguirlo? That sounds like "Have you managed to manage?" I'd simply say:
¿Lo has conseguido? or ¿Lo has logrado?
