Is the first word spelled correctly? Perhaps analicemos Let's or shall we analyze?? since it is part of a question (missing its beginning question mark)
¡Qué día! (What a day!)
I would ask your friend to improve their spelling and punctuation, before seeking a translation of their writings.

That's amazing. Out of 10 words in that sentence 6 are misspelled, 2 to the point I have no idea what they are. It's something about a picture, and the last part is, "Ha ha! Cool! What a day!".
Edit: We (something) this photo (something - the name Otto?) what are you doing (?)? Ha ha! Cool! What a day!
