You are forcing me to do this
Tu me obligas hacer esto. Is it possible to use forzar here? I always thought of it as force someone, but I don't see google hits for it. Is obligar more for forcing someone and forzar more for forcing a thing open etc.....? Tu me fuerzas hacer esto is it right? Gracias. No fuerces este gabinete.

"Obligar" is one of the verbs that takes an "a" before the infinitive. "Me obligas a hacer esto".
"forzar a + infinitive" can also be used in this context. "Me fuerzas a hacer estoi". (I have not heard this structure as often, but it is used and may be very common in some regions.)
"forzar" is also used for physical force.
