If this is where do we start, then is "por cúal parte del internet puedo encontrar eso" correct or would I have to say "en cúal parte del internet". Gracias.

The "por" here isn't so much connected with the "dónde" as it is with the concept of "empezar".

Example: "Empezamos por aprender estas palabras" - We'll start by learning these words.

On the other hand, "en" goes with "encontrar", Example: "Encontramos ese libro en la biblioteca." - We found that book in the library.

Therefore, "en cuál parte del internet encuentro tal y tal cosa" is the way to go.

I would say "por" can be connected with "dónde". It wouldn't sound wrong to say ¿por dónde estás? - estoy por Madrid meaning not a spefic place, but aroung somewhere.

Although it's not talking about "dónde", but about "cómo", when talking about the internet, it's not uncommon to say compré esos zapatos por internet or conocí a mi novio por internet, using "por".

So then, I think "por" is not wrong, nor "en". To make a choice between them, I would point out that "en" refers to a concrete place, and "por", as I said, means around somewhere. And, as the internet is not a specific place, at leats for me, I would use "por".

There's another thing I would point out: "el internet". Although I would use it without "el", I've just read that the Spanish Academy allowes using the article and prefers the femenine, "la Internet" (capitalised), just for you to know.

Then I would say: "por cúal parte de internet puedo encontrar eso" (American Latin Spanish) or "por qué parte de internet puedo encontrar eso" (Spain Spanish).
