Is the phrase "programado alimentacion" the proper phrase for feeding the animals in a zoo?

It is hard to answer that question without more context, or knowing what exactly you wish to say.
"Programado de alimentación" may mean "feeding program", although the construction is a bit odd. If anything, I would say: "Programa de alimentación".
On the other hand, the literal for "feeding the animals in a zoo" is: "alimentar los animales en un zoológico"
