Does anyone know what computer voice is being used on this site? Perhaps the name and company that makes it?

You could ask the admin staff here eg Heidi Marianne or Guillermo for example they might know or be able to pass your enquiry onto the Owner whose name I think is Chris.
However I cannot guarantee that he would be willing to share such information with you certainly not without asking you why you wish to know this information.
I hope this helps
