"Patines en línea" is the term for "rollerblades".

Patines de ruedas. It's in the dictionary under 'roller skate' if you'd like to see the entry for yourself. Admittedly, a rollerblade is somewhat different from a roller skate, in that rollerblades have the wheels all in a line. I'm not sure how to specify that particular style in Spanish, but it's a start.
