I wish you good luck
How would you say "I wish you good luck" in Spanish. Can the word for wish be a noun and a verb, like in English? Or, en español, would it be "I hope you have good luck", or something else. I'm looking for whatever would be the norm in Spanish. Maybe the subjunctive rears its head way early in my learning on this one?

It can be said in a variety of ways:
Buena suerte - Good luck (thanks Gocika)
Que tengas buena suerta - May you have good luck
Que tengas mucha suerta - May you have a lot of luck
I'm sure there are dozens more.
I've heard them say ¡Buena suerte!
