Estar/ser question -How do I say, "I am married?"

I am a little confused about how to say," I am married". Ser is used for relationships so would I say, " Soy casada".? The dictionary has : under the definition of married;

casado(a) =

* to be married -> estar or ser casado(a) (Am) .

so, are they both correct?

Estoy casada and soy casada?

This comes up fairly often. The short answer is that they are both correct. Here is a good link that explains the difference.
