Which is correct? Are they all o.k?

Dear Crockraus,
in Spanish both 1/4 de lb and un cuarto de libra are used. 1/4 lb would be incomplete, since there's supposed to be 'de' (of) in the middle. By the way, a 'Cuarto de Libra' is also widely known as being a McDonalds Quarter Pounder. Hope I've been of any aid.
