I want to say, "Filled with curiosity, she decided to follow her instincts." Is there a Spanish phrase for "filled with curiosity"?

I prefer...

Desbordada por la curiosidad, decidió hacer caso a su instinto. or: Repleta de curiosidad, decidió hacer caso a su instinto.

Now, this sentence is a bit paradoxical, because if you make a decision you are making a rational choice, so are you really foowing your instincts?

Secondly, although you can form the plural, you use instinto in singular (su instinto) in Spanish. I never heard of someone having ¨2 ó 3 instintos¨.

Decisions are often not rational, especially when they are based on instincts or feelings rather than logic. - lorenzo9, Sep 22, 2010
really? it says ehe decided to follow, not she followed her instincts, or she acted by impulse. - mediterrunio, Sep 23, 2010
