I suppose that you want to say
que eres caminante, paseante, andariego, o andador.

Then it would be estoy, because it's a temporary condition it would be soy if it was permanent.

It would be estoy andar if you mean you were walking, but if your name is Andariero then it's Soy Andariero.

Assuming Andariero is your name, eres Andariero (Soy andariero - you don't need to add yo).
