You might want to find something else to say routinely, as taking God's name in vain is offensive to many English and Spanish-speaking people alike.
Perhaps you can say, ¡Ay, no!

This is a valid observation. The fact remains, however, that people *do* say "¡Ay Dios!" as much or more as they say "Oh my God" in English. Never "Hey Dios"; though. - Gekkosan, Sep 20, 2010
