Entiendo bien las palabras individuales pero no entiendo este modismo: "no, pero digamos que si".

"Digamos que sí" means "Let's say that..." or "Let's say yes" (Depending on the context). It's another way of saying: "Supongamos que sí" is "to suppose it".
Example: "Digamos que sí estabas enferma..." is "Let's say that you were sick..."
